In view of the implementation of the On-Line Appointment System for POEA Balik-Manggagawa Overseas Employment Certificate (BM-OEC), the following procedures shall apply for Filipino professionals/ workers in Singapore who wish to obtain their BM-OEC and OWWA membership/ renewal at the Philippine Embassy:
- OEC and OWWA applicants shall make on-line appointment at http://www.philippine-embassy.org.sg. OEC issuance, OWWA and Pag-ibig membership/ renewal will be processed simultaneously, hence, on-line applicants are requested to print 3 copies of Balik-Manggagawa Information Sheet.
- For walk-in applicants who wish to apply/ renew OWWA membership ONLY at the Philippine Embassy, they are advised to get queue numbers and proceed to window 4.
- For OWWA applicants who wish to get OEC at the same time, they need to make on-line OEC appointment.
